Company History
Realising the need for more office space, Shaunsoft relocated to its current offices in Threlkeld, Cumbria on the 1st April 2004. More resources were needed on the client support side, and hence Jemma Stoner joined the team in February 2005. Jemma joined the company in order to take over some of the client support from Tim and to allow the company to progress forward. Jemma has brought her excellent customer service skills and is also moving the company forward with her fresh and innovative ideas for marketing and advertising of the new product, CTX.
Then the final piece of the puzzle was added in October 2005 when Alan joined the company as an Assistant Software Developer. Alan was very much needed to assist Shaun in the development work and holds 4 Microsoft Certified Professional Programming exams which enables him to be credited as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer.
CTX is now establishing itself within Local Authorities and Community Transport organisations throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, The core ethos, to listen to its customers and therefore providing a total transport management solution.
