Our software is supplied with an annual support package as part of the licence agreement. This includes telephone support, installation and training. As well as operational support, you also receive maintenance and version upgrades, additional programs, help with creating reports and general advice.
We like to think that our support package is the best available and as such are always available to help with any issues that may arise from using our software. We also supply full help manuals on our software which is a step by step document which users can follow effortlessly when learning the systems. We also urge potential clients to speak to our existing users to find out from a user exactly what kind of support we offer.
Once clients purchase any of our software packages they will have their own account set up where they can log in to a web page from our website. Once logged in, clients can download a whole array of standard reports, see the latest Shaunsoft news, see previous download history and download any new updates that may be needed. This facility allows clients to manage their software package and make sure it is kept up to date with the latest features and reports.
Due to the ever-changing climate and legislation in which our clients operate, we are constantly developing our software, adding news features and options to make sure we stay one step ahead.
